Hi, everyone! I usually begin my blogs with a song title. Did anyone notice? My dad, Jay Ajamie, used to sing a lot of the songs I use [for titles] to my sister, Susan Wingate and me when we were kiddos. You can see Susan’s books if you click on her page. All that being said, this blog is about TJ Boyer and me, and our books. But my whole life reflects both my parents, and my dad, especially.
This last week, we had family from Ohio out, the Jerry Zennie family. The time with them was really fun. There was a family get-together with about 40 people. They went back to Ohio yesterday, after a world-wind tour of Arizona.
TJ and I have an event upcoming in November. It will be the last event this year, and in Verde Valley, again. The people in Verde Valley and the surrounding areas are really great, BTW. The weather should be really cool by then, so expect me to wear a sweatshirt, or something! You can see the dates on the event page.
We have a new book out. It is the biography/novel about my great-grandmother, Miriam Attalla. If you enjoy biographies, I think this is the one for you. The story follows Miriam from age thirteen as she immigrates from Lebanon to the United States, through how her family came, survived, and prospered, until she passed away at age 97, in 1978. If it weren’t for her, there’d be no me, or hundreds of other people. Her life story is amazing.
TJ is working on his vampire historical fiction; I am working on a new book, waiting for all my BETA readers to finish, and editing another of TJ’s books; and we need to take photos of some things so we can make covers for a couple books.

We are continually busy with writing, editing, or what not. I don’t know what “what not” is, but I know we are doing it.
Please remember to like my blog, make a comment if you want, and also review our books if you’ve read them. Your reviews and comments make us better writers. Thank you.
