Book News

Good News!

I’ve been quiet for way too long; I can’t fight it no, no more (by Mandisa).

The biographical history about my great-grandmother, Miriam Attalla is set for pre-order now. The book will go live September 1, 2022!

In the late 1800s, Miriam Baalbeky emigrated from Baalbek, Lebanon. Only about thirteen years old, she was torn from everything she knew for a new life in the United States of America. The book is here: Miriam Attalla–An Emigrant’s Story. On Kindle for $1.99, and the paperback will be available to buy for $5.99.

This story has been a labor of love. Getting back history on her and Ameen Attalla was often like pulling teeth due to most people from that generation having passed. Please remember, my dear family, I wrote as much as I could from stories you guys told me, from my own memories, and filled in what I thought may have happened. Some of the characters are fictional, but mostly this story is true. I hope and pray you love reading this. Please let everyone who may be interested know.

If you have a family story, one you feel you should tell, even if you’re only ten years old, begin asking the questions now. Remember the five (5) journalist’s questions: when, where, why, how, and what. (I can help you publish on Amazon, IF you want.)

Remember, TJ and I am very interested in your thoughts about our books. All comments and reviews are appreciated.
